Delete your Brewline Demo account

Two ways to delete your account: from inside the app (fastest), or by email if you no longer have the app.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Brewline Demo.
- Tap the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and your account is deleted right away.
Option 2: By email
Email admin@chemmoholdings.com with the subject line "Delete my Brewline Demo account" and the phone number you signed in with. We verify the request, delete the account, and confirm by reply within 30 days, usually within one to three business days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, including the name you gave for pickup
- Your stamps, rewards, and rewards history
- Your sign-in account (your phone number)
- Your event sign-ups
What is kept
- Past demo orders, without your name or any link to you. They are deleted within a day or two.
- A code made from your phone number with a one-way process (never the number itself), with your deal usage and abuse limits attached to it. It keeps first-order offers, per-deal limits, and abuse limits from resetting when an account is deleted and created again.
- An order still being paid for at the moment you delete is finished and then kept without your name.
- Short-lived technical logs kept for troubleshooting, without personal information beyond what is needed to fix a fault.
Demo accounts that have not been opened or used for seven days are deleted automatically, including the sign-in record.
